Time... so precious, sought after by so many. In a search for a such a power, often thought to be the key to attaining immortality, many confrontations are bound to happen, not only with colleagues, friends and family but also with oneself. These confrontations are what makes the person, some choosing to give up the very aspects of humanity in order to continue their quest, others renouncing this search and letting go of their ways.

But what of those who come across such power unwillingly? The intensity of such power has many outcomes. Aggression often dominates, as the new immortal realizes that what's done is done and that all that he ever loved will eventually pass on as he watches. The pain that comes from such hurt may perhaps drive them to insanity. But perhaps there is another way out...

"Cloud... are you sure this is about fighting?"

The timeless quality about Vincent Valentine is exactly what enables him to effectively make Cloud question himself. Though he never wished for immortality nor his ability to take on other forms, he spends his time thinking, perhaps about life and all that it encompasses.

Though appearing cold and uncaring to many, his friends can often find warmth in his near-philosophical way of speech, drawing strength where none were thought to be found. Often seeing the less obvious side of a situation better than anyone else, his input his greatly appreciated and often sought after.

This wallpaper is daedicated to Chris D. Vanak (alias Kenzo).Even with his regretfully painfull and eventfull life, he took the time to share his knowledge and wise advice with other people in this community. Silence oftens speaks the most touching words. Thoughts of you will never fade. You are an immortal soul of this family.
Rest in Peace.

I'm very impressed Daeya with all your hard work. This wallpaper is fitting for him. Oh so fitting. I know we will be praying for Kenzo on his way to the Promised Land. What awaits him there is only for God and him to know. That is one of the many unanswered questions in life. But one I must ask frequently, why? Why must the good die young?

In more ways than one, Kenzo's life parallels that of Vincent Valentine. Though plagued by his own troubles and less than perfect life, he nonetheless took the time to give us valuable input on the forums. As a friend, he was amazing, offering sensible advice to whoever went to him for it.

One thing's for sure... He's not going to be forgotten. He made much too strong an impact to simply fade away. Thank you for all that you've done for us. Regrettably, the chance for us to repay you for your contribution will never come around. Rest in peace, Kenzo buddy.

I still cannot comprehend how it is that the words "Arguement between friends," and "drew a weapon" should ever even be in the same sentence....And yet I see them all to often lately. I can't help but think that, if Vincent Valentine were real, he'd be similarly bewildered and grieved.
