Jerzideva Oct 27th, 2004, 05:40 PM It's great to have you join us, Troen! Welcome to Daeya.org  Hope you enjoy your time here!
Part 1 and 2 were a lot of work and we hope it was up to par with your expectations. :amused: We can only hope Part 3 to be received with the same kind of enthusiasm. Hope to see you around the forums!
Savvy Oct 27th, 2004, 05:59 PM Welcome Troen!
Not that I have any place welcoming you because I just got here as well! XD

"We can only hope Part 3 to be received with the same kind of enthusiasm."
You're kidding, right?
It is preactically IMPOSSIBLE for Part 3 to receive less enthusiasm

Only more, right? lol
But frankly, we could use a welcoming committee here... :amused:
Savvy Oct 27th, 2004, 06:29 PM Has the foruma lways been so empty?
It seems it mostly consisted of mods/staff members (errrm the Daeya.org Team) until his report brought the crowds.
Or perhaps the forums are new to the site?

The forums have always been around. It's just that the forums have been... well, dead. The report has brought some life to this place. *insert cheesy "it's alive"-related line*
It used to be that only Daemon and Daeya looked after the boards. JoonHee, Klonoa and myself didn't become mods until recently when we had the Ticket Giveaway contest.
I'm usually always on these boards (read: almost the entire day) for 3 days of the week. The other 4... well, I either have school during the entire day or I''m working.
Daeya Oct 27th, 2004, 10:14 PM Welcome to Daeya.org Troen! :amused: I hope you'll have some fun here!
And thanks so much for the kind words on the report. The Team is very proud to hear that *nods*
Cya!

No no... it's just that we haven't exactly really worked on the forums that much. Several factors contribute to this and so far, there are no public avatars yet.
The best way so far is to have the avatar that you want to be hosted somewhere (that allows outside linking) and then link it here. You can also upload your avatar but I'm not sure if that feature is still available.
Oh... one other thing. The maximum size for the avatars are 50 by 50 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
Hope that helped. :amused:
Savvy Oct 28th, 2004, 02:49 AM In light of your post, I have gone and gave myself an avatar, Troen!
Now...is it that you can't find how to?
Just click "User CP" in the top bar, then in the tables ont he left, click "Edit Avatar" or soemthing of the like, and it should be simple form there, good luck!
