In FF7 you first meet Red XIII in a cage experimented on after being captured by Hojo, Cloud and the others save him and he comes with them, when you reach his hometown his Grandfather Bugenhagen calls him by his true name Nanaki, the truth is that he only joins you to get back to his hometown, until his Grandfather tells him to go with you

In Advent Children he is seen in a few pictures and I also read somewhere he is also with Yuffie and Cid fighting these Shadow Creeper things in Midgar, unfortunately i think Nanaki doesn't get a main part in Advert Children.

Nanaki seems to have a neutral friendship with mostly everyone in the party, he respects Bugenhagen especially since he's his grandfather and he also shows him what really happened to his father Seto.

At the end of FF7 you see Nanaki with his two children running towards a future Midgar overgrown with plants looking more peaceful.

I'm also going to try and find the entire weapons list and official artwork for Nanaki.

I decided to try and make a series of WPs for the wonderful thread starters in the Daily Doughnut. They have put a lot of time and energy into creating each thread and have continued to maintain them driven by the love of their favorite character. Without them we could not learn new things about the FFVII characters or come to appreciate them more. So this series is dedicated to you wonderful people you, and to the objects of your affections.
So this one is for all you Nanaki fans and to ShadowGeno who took the time to make this Bio project just for Rover... er I mean Red XIII :laugh:

Out of all the wallpapers, I think this one ranks highest. Erm... Right after the Tifa one, of course! :cheesy:

But I love how you portray him here, Souba. You show him as much a fierce fighter as he is a thinker. That quote especially reinforces the latter, seeing how he can seemingly see the bigger picture much more easily.

I'm glad you liked this one Jerz. you're an awesome guy for taking time to look and comment on each one even though you really don't have to. :bigsmile: You know when I was screencaping some pics I noticed that in the E3 trailer during the part when RedXIII attacks Cait Sith is actually sitting on his back? Did anyone else notice that? Well you can see him in the Wp on the bottom right hand corner. Anyway, I thought that was cool.
